Why use a crane truck?
Crane (or hiab trucks) have the advantage of being able to lift items and place them exactly where you need them. That means no back breaking unloading from a trailer or getting 6 mates over on the weekend to move things!
Hiab trucks have a built-in crane that makes them ideal for deliveries to difficult to reach places that other vehicles such as semi-trailers cannot access. A crane is mounted onto the truck and a collapsible boom is used to lift items onto and off the truck as well as into place.
Our cranes have a reach of up to 14 metres, offering immense flexibility in terms of placement. For example, they can lift a spa from the flat bed of the truck, over a fence and into a backyard or onto pergola area.
